|
- Updated to reflect RNZCGP's guidance under the 2022 Foundation Standard, that vaccinators who do not hold a vaccination authorisation, should only vaccinate under standing order. Removed references to HealthPathways as there were inconsistencies between regions.

Repeat Prescriptions

- Updated content to reflect current RNZCGP guidance, including content to address Māori health inequities. Made guidelines a Word document able to be edited by individual practices, condensed Procedure and changed format to allow for easier tailoring.

Repeat Prescribing Procedure and Guidelines

- Removed as separate pages. Edited and updated for RNZCGP guidance under the 2022 Foundation Standard, including Māori equity lens then added to end of Repeat Prescriptions page. Practices able to fully customise procedure and guidelines.

Child Protection

- Updated to align with RNZCGP guidance under the 2022 Foundation Standard, that all staff should be trained and able to recognise signs of abuse in child protection. Training was not previously specified but is a component of RNZCGP Foundation Standard list of training requirements.

Induction and Orientation

- Updated to reflect updates to the RNZCGP Foundation Standard for 2022. Clinical Staff checklist updated to Clinical Team to cover non-employees (such as students). Child Protection added to "Core practice policies" for all staff induction checklists.
