Accepting gifts
Patients sometimes offer gifts to individual staff or the practice in appreciation of the care we provide. However, gifts can create a perceived conflict of interest, or cause the patient to believe they can influence our service. To avoid misunderstandings or offence, individuals should politely decline gifts of value.
If you are unsure, check with the practice manager.
