Informed Consent	Minor edits and additional sentence under definition of Health Literacy, to reduce suggestion of patient responsibility/deficit when navigating health information.
Triage	Topic aligned with RNZCGP guidance under the 2022 Foundation Standard. Improved wording to reflect that non-clinical staff are trained to monitor patients arriving and in the waiting area, and to alert clinical staff if a patient requires more urgent attention. Link added to induction and orientation.
Hazardous Substances	Updated to link to Worksafe's hazardous substances calculator and inventory guidance; to include a step adding hazardous substances to the register; and to link to the managed incidents page for accidents or near misses.
