How do you engage with other organisations or partners, iwi/hāpu, and your patients?
Feedback from patients, whānau, or others who visit our facility is reported to the clinical governance group. It helps us identify opportunities to improve our services or processes.
If necessary, we may seek targeted feedback from specific groups within our population to be sure they are represented in our decision-making.
